Pandemic Studios revealed today that they've finished a beta version of the patch to address ATI and Nvidia graphics card issues that players are experiencing with the PC version of The Saboteur. The patch will be released on Friday.
"The initial testing of the BETA Patch has rendered promising results," stated a community manager on the Pandemic forums. "For those who do not want to wait for the final graphics card patch to release, we want to give you the opportunity to be part of the testing process and therefore the chance to have some issues you may be experiencing resolved sooner rather than later. "
On Friday, a new forum thread will be opened up so that users can offer feedback on the beta patch's results. Pandemic will use this data to then create future patches.
